Ok I got a lot of little things to blog about, let's do this.
Jogging: Went jogging instead of walking for 2/3s the distance twice in a row. It's effin hard, especially on the steep inclines, but I'm proud of myself, and hope that I can maintain enough motivation to keep doing this and get better at it.
Weight: Got under 160 today. Yay. I'm sort of on track for my goal. I am starting to worry about muscle loss and my distinct lack of protein in my current snack-pack collection. Definitely going to switch it up after I whittle down my current stockpile. I feel severe shortness of breath while my body is idle sometimes. I feel better when I exert myself. It must have to do with this slow heartrate thing.
Starcraft 2: It's an excellent game... that I'm 'meh' about. I play one or two missions per day. It's fun, it really is. It's just... it doesn't grab and hold onto my attention for much longer than that. This is likely due to my restlessness in general. However I play Fallout 3 much more each day than SC2.
Mesh Head Drumpad: Converted the snare pad of my ION rokr kit (for playing rock band) to a mesh head, but if I can't seem to figure out how to work it to my satisfaction, I may restore it to a standard ION pad. It feels 'slippery', and double taps aren't as easy as I think they should be. I should get a real snare to compare it to.
Rock Concert: Went to a rock concert tonight, Halestorm and Pop Evil. Halestorm's frontwoman really gives off the vibe that she needs a LOT of cock. I think she might be a real-life nympho. The Pop Evil frontman is a fuckin poser. He seems to think by talking like kid rock and constantly dropping f bombs he will impress people. Trying way too hard to be a pretend rock star. Both bands had some decent music though.
Stereo Gratification: After hours (literally) of fiddling with settings on my camaro's receiver, I have figured out how to engineer a sound that's meaty and balanced. I hope I don't change my mind and think it sounds like shit in a couple weeks.
Bloody Sunday: UFC on the versus network this sunday. I can't wait, because it's a decent excuse to eat some real food. Must make sure it's protein heavy. I don't think anyone is coming over, due to the day of the week. It's sad, but at the same time I won't have to fuss over the house or wear pants.
Pretty sure I had other shit to talk about, but I lost it. Maybe next time.
